Eligibility: Foreigners aged 16 or older who are not native speakers of Japanese and have been in Japan for less than 5 years, and who meet any of the following criteria
International students enrolled in high schools, universities, or vocational schools in Kawasaki City
Those studying Japanese at civic centers in Kawasaki City
Those working or undergoing training at companies in Kawasaki City
Those living in Kawasaki City
