Some of you may know, and perhaps others of you have already used, our free consultation service, which the Kawasaki International Center provides to foreign residents to resolve everyday problems and difficulties. This service is multilingual, with eleven languages available including plain Japanese.
There are 12 consulting staff members in all, and most of them are native speakers of the languages in charge. So they may be able to share your culture, feelings and customs, as well as your own languages. We hope you will feel relieved by contacting us.
Please be noted that the availability of each language depends on the day. However, we can try to help you by using a telephone interpretation system when a staff member of the expected language is not on duty.
