Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD) causes 2 to 3mm-sized spots or bumps on the hands, feet, and mouth, and causes fever up to about 38°C. If you get HFMD, you will need to wait until the symptoms naturally subside.
Infection is caused by virus contained in spit or feces, so make sure to wash your hands thoroughly, and do not share towels with other people.
