写真は、自分で撮った写真で、他のフォトコンテストに出していないもの。
デジタルカメラで撮った写真は、加工（色をつけたり、色を変えたり）していないもの。
人が写っている写真は、その人にフォトコンテストに出していいか聞いてください。
Must be privately taken photos, never applied for other contests or exhibitions.
Photos taken by digital cameras must be unedited.
If a person is appeared in the photo, ask for his/her permission before sending the entry.
will be awarded to the winners, and photos will be displayed at “Winter Gathering” the multicultural event @Kawasaki International Center, to be held on November 11th, 2017.
