だれが？／Qualifications:

川崎市に住んでいる、川崎市で仕事をしている、川崎市の学校で勉強している外国人。何才でもOKです。

Entry from foreign workers, students and residents of Kawasaki City. No age limit.

どうやって？／Sending Entries:

フォトコンテスト用フォーム
郵便または直接協会に持ってきてください。
（2Lサイズ（127mm×178mm）写真1枚に応募票を1枚貼ってください。）

※フォームや応募票には、写真の説明や感想を書いてください。
※ひとりで3枚出せます。（写真は返しません。写真の著作権（写真を宣伝やチラシに使う権利・copyright）は、川崎市国際交流協会が持ちます）。

きまり／Rules:

写真は、自分で撮った写真で、他のフォトコンテストに出していないもの。
デジタルカメラで撮った写真は、加工（色をつけたり、色を変えたり）していないもの。
人が写っている写真は、その人にフォトコンテストに出していいか聞いてください。

Must be privately taken photos, never applied for other contests or exhibitions.
Photos taken by digital cameras must be unedited.
If a person is came out in the photo, ask for his/her permission before sending the entry.
